Our story
The name Chirok, means “story” in Kurdish, and reflects the importance of uncovering the hidden narrative in healthcare data. We believe a rigorous understanding of the connected and interdependent healthcare story can save lives, and create a high-functioning and sustainable care delivery system.
Chirok Health was founded by Kanar Kokoy, an operational innovator turned healthcare leader, who witnessed the operational struggles many healthcare organizations face keeping up with and adhering to coding guidelines. Chirok was born from the realization that better data interpretation could unlock meaningful change. By telling these stories, we help healthcare providers efficiently navigate administrative complexity, driving real-life impact on provider burn-out and patient care.
